1) Who We Are
BETWITHAJ CONSULTING LLC (“BetWithAJ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates betwithaj.com (the “Site”) and provides sports betting consulting services. We are the business responsible for the personal information described in this notice.
Legal entity: BETWITHAJ CONSULTING LLC

It is important that the information we hold about you is accurate and current. Please tell us if your information changes using our contact form or by emailing picks@betwithaj.com.
2) Who May Use This Site
This Site and our services are intended only for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Nevada, where we are based, sets 21 as the minimum legal gambling age. By using the Site or providing us with your information, you represent that you are at least 21.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 21, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact picks@betwithaj.com.
Sports betting is not legal in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming the laws that apply where you live before placing any wager.
3) Information We Collect
“Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with you. It does not include anonymized or aggregated data. We collect the following categories:
- Identifiers and contact information — your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and account or client ID.
- Commercial and transaction information — the packages or services you purchase, subscription dates, billing address, and records of your transactions. We do not store full payment card numbers. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment processors, who handle that data under their own privacy terms.
- Communications — messages you send through our contact form, by email, text, or social media, and our replies. We keep these to respond to you, maintain records, and establish or defend legal claims.
- Internet and device activity — your IP address, browser type and settings, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and navigation paths. This comes from cookies, pixels, and analytics tools.
- Approximate location — the general region inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Marketing preferences — whether you have opted in or out of our emails and texts, and how you interact with them.
- Inferences — conclusions we draw from the above, such as which sports packages are likely to interest you.
Sensitive Information
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by US state privacy laws — including racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, health information, genetic or biometric data, precise geolocation, government ID numbers, or the contents of your private communications. We also do not collect information about criminal convictions.
4) How We Collect Information
We collect information in three ways:
- Directly from you — when you fill in our contact form, email or call us, purchase a package, or subscribe to our pick emails.
- Automatically — through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies as you use the Site (see Section 5).
- From third parties — our payment processors, email platform, analytics providers, and advertising partners.
5) Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, understand how it is used, and measure our advertising.
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the Site to function, including security and form submission. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand which pages people visit and how they arrived. We use Google Analytics for this. You can opt out across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Advertising and social cookies — set by advertising and social platforms so we can measure our campaigns and show relevant ads. These may involve sharing information for cross-context behavioral advertising (see Section 7).
- Embedded content — our Site displays an Instagram feed. Instagram may set its own cookies when that content loads. We do not control those cookies; see Meta’s privacy policy for details.
Your browser controls: You can set your browser to refuse some or all cookies, or to alert you when a site sets one. Some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do.
Global Privacy Control: We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.
6) How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Deliver the picks, packages, and consulting services you purchase
- Respond to your inquiries and provide client support
- Process payments and maintain transaction records
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site
- Send you marketing about our services, where permitted (see Section 9)
- Measure the effectiveness of our advertising
- Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, and prevent fraud or misuse
7) How We Share Your Information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Service providers — payment processors, email and CRM platforms, web hosting, IT and security vendors, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Advertising and social media partners — for campaign measurement and targeted advertising.
- Professional advisers — lawyers, accountants, auditors, bankers, and insurers, where needed.
- Government and law enforcement — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers — if we sell, merge, or transfer part of our business or assets, your information may transfer with it.
We require every third party that receives your information to protect it and to use it only for the purposes we specify.
Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, under California and several other state privacy laws, the terms “sale” and “sharing” are defined broadly and can include the use of advertising and analytics cookies that disclose identifiers and browsing activity to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. To the extent our advertising cookies constitute a “sale” or “share” under those laws, you have the right to opt out.
To opt out, submit a request through our contact form or email picks@betwithaj.com, in either case with the subject line or message “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” You may also enable a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser and we will honor it automatically.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
8) Your Privacy Rights
If you live in California
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell or share about you
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Delete the personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (we do not collect any)
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights — we will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower level of service
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask the agent for proof of your written permission and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
If you live in Nevada
Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A) gives Nevada consumers the right to direct us not to sell certain covered information. To exercise this right, submit a request through our contact form or email picks@betwithaj.com, marked “Nevada Opt-Out.”
If you live in another US state with a privacy law
A growing number of states — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Florida, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island — give residents rights that generally include access, correction, deletion, data portability, and the ability to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; we will respond to appeals within the timeframe your state’s law requires.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom
If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you also have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent where consent is our legal basis. Our legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (delivering services you purchase), legitimate interests (operating and growing our business, securing our Site, and defending legal claims), consent (marketing where required), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or transfers to providers certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
How to submit a request
You may submit a privacy request in either of these ways:
- Through the form on our Contact page — tell us which right you are exercising and the state you live in
- By email to picks@betwithaj.com
Please do not send privacy requests by social media direct message. We cannot verify your identity on those platforms, and we do not want your personal information sitting in a third-party inbox. Use the form or email above and we will:
- Confirm receipt promptly and respond within 45 days, extending once by another 45 days if your request is complex — we will tell you if we need the extension
- Ask for information needed to verify your identity, so we do not disclose your data to someone else
- Provide our response free of charge, unless your request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive, in which case we may charge a reasonable fee or decline and explain why
9) Marketing Communications
We may send you marketing emails or texts if you purchased from us, asked us about our services, or opted in — and you have not since opted out.
You can stop marketing messages at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, replying STOP to any text, or contacting us through our contact form or at picks@betwithaj.com. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.
Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages related to services you have purchased, such as your daily pick emails, billing notices, or support replies.
We will get your express consent before sharing your personal information with any third party for that party’s own marketing purposes.
10) Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this notice, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
In deciding how long to keep information, we consider its amount, nature, and sensitivity; the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure; whether we can achieve our purposes another way; and applicable law. Tax law generally requires us to keep basic client, transaction, and financial records for six years after someone stops being a client.
We may anonymize information for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use it indefinitely without further notice to you.
11) Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. We limit access to those who need it to do their jobs, and they are bound to keep it confidential.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We have procedures for handling suspected data breaches and will notify you and any applicable regulator where the law requires.
12) Third-Party Links
Our Site links to third-party websites, sportsbooks, plug-ins, and applications. Clicking those links may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy notice of every site you visit.
13) Changes to This Notice
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice, such as by email or a prominent notice on the Site. Please review this page periodically.
